Dwayne was the first pastor of Wellspring Church, Charlotte NC 2007 when he began in the year 2007. He serves as a board member for the Acts 29 Network and he serves as Director for Pastoral Care for the network. Dwayne is passionate about equipping future generations of biblical counselors. He serves as a member on the Board for the Biblical Counseling Alliance. He has written numerous online publications as well as co-author of Christ Centered Biblical Counseling, changing lives through God's eternal Word (eds. Kelleman and Viars). Dwayne along with his wife Leslie have three kids.
