Melina Kanakaredes

Melina Kanakaredes plays an American actress who is best known for playing Detective Stella Bonasera in the CBS police procedural drama series CSI: NY Dr. Sydney Hansen on the NBC drama series Providence as well as Dr. Lane Hunter on the medical drama series The Resident. She was also recognized for her television debut as Eleni Andros cooper on CBS's soap opera Guiding Light. Some of her most notable films are 15 Minutes Percy Jackson and the Olympians: The Lightning Thief and Snitch. She is reportedly developing a movie adaptation of writer Elisabeth Kubler-Ross's autobiography The Wheel of Life with Vlas and Charley Parlapanides the pair that wrote the film Immortals. In addition, she is filming a brand new television series titled Gods & Heroes.
