David Muir, an American journalist from the United States who anchors ABC News magazine 20, is known best for his role as co-anchor on World News Tonight With David Muir. Through its animated movements and dramatic videos of celebrity chatter, his program has grown to become the most watched newscast in America. Made In America is his Emmy award-winning show. The show's predecessor Diane Sawyer was the anchor of ABC World News Tonight before taking over the show. ABC News has broadcast many specials in primetime, one of them being Breaking Point Heroin in America. He's traveled the world, covering news in Gaza Egypt Iran Somalia Japan Peru Ukraine Haiti & the Gulf of Mexico. He is the recipient of several Emmy Awards, Edward R. Murrow Awards and honors from Associated Press.
